For 35 years, we have been producing high value products for the German organic and health food market. Our "factory" looks more like a traditional North German farmhouse, but our approach to manufacturing is state-of-the-art for organic production.
The company has five production lines. With virtually 100% organic ingredients, the recipes are balanced, wholesome and natural. Our staff takes a craftsman-like attitude towards its work, carefully processing ingredients to achieve high quality products. Care is also taken to make the packaging as environmentally friendly as possible.

- Fruit spreads and agave syrup
Our fruit spreads contain 50-75% fruit and are sweetened only with apple and grape syrups. Agave syrup contains a lot of fructose and therefore sweetens better than sugar. In addition to fructose, it also contains glucose. This monosaccaride is processed quickly by the body. Agave syrup also contains sodium and iron in addition to calcium, potassium and magnesium. These important minerals are needed in the body for the metabolising of sugar.

Amaranth is one of mankind’s oldest cultivated plants and is known as the wonder grain of the Incas. With its delicious nuttily flavour and the remarkable nutritional properties it is indeed a unique grain. Amaranth contains high levels of protein and is rich in amino acid lysine. Because of their very fine structure, the carbohydrates contained in Amaranth are easy to digest. Moreover, its level of magnesium and iron exceeds other cereals by far and with its high level of natural dietary fibers Amaranth has a very positive effect on the digestion and metabolism.

It all began in 1974 with fruit slices and biological quality honey. Since then, we have continually expanded the selection of natural fruit slices and delicious bars. Aromatic dried fruits, previous nuts, fine bee’s honey, popped amaranth and noble chocolate are among the ingredients that make our bars something quite special.

Enjoy delicious biscuits from the Allos Hof bakery. Delicious biscuits of the best quality made from organic raw materials have been produced here for more than twenty years. Many years of manufacturing expertise guarantees the highest quality in Allos pastries. The cookies are carefully baked directly at the Allos Hof in Lower Saxony using the top biological ingredients in accordance with well balanced, high quality recipes without the addition of eggs or yeast.
