Foundation of an agricultural self-sufficiency project by Walter Lang. Honey is bottled and processed. The first organic fruit bars are produced in
our home-made press.
1980
Manufacture of the first sugar-free fruit spreads – Fruit & Honey. Craft production of honey spelt baked goods.
1982
„Discovery“ of Amaranth. Manufacture of the first Allos amaranth products: The legendary Amaranth Fruit-Muesli conquers the organic food market.
1983
The first certified organic honey is included in the Allos honey range.
1992
Introduction of Japanese green tea of the highest quality.
1993
Expansion of capacity in the baked goods area and expansion of the range.
1997
Allos offers agave syrup as a sweetener in the natural foods market for the first time.
1998
Allos obtains the Sesame Street licence and produces the first Sesame Street cookie.
2000
Introduction of Allos organic gourmet vegetable pâtés.
2005
DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. At the same time the organic food manufacturer brings a new gourmet baked goods range onto the market.
2006
Introduction of the ChocoConfiserie chocolate bar composition.
