The recipes for our products are balanced, wholesome and natural. We are driven by the challenge to process and refine high-quality primary products in such a way that the natural character, quality and expression are not lost. Therefore, we focus on small production series and work with flexible machines. Skilled craftsmanship is a quality feature as far as we are concerned.

Environmental protection and sustainability
Environmental protection and sustainability are the framework of our value creation chain. We only process primary products from organic farming – and therefore focus on sustainable primary products in our core business. The thoughtful use of modern technology does not contradict tradition, but makes careful and effective handling possible with natural primary products and resources.

All processing steps under one roof
We develop our products by ourselves, purchase primary products from long-standing suppliers and then process them mainly at the Allos farmyard in Mariendrebber. In this way, all working procedures stay under one roof. Thanks to this we can shape and trace the development of each product from its origin to its sale.

Organic originals for specialised trade
Over the past 35 years, we have brought amaranth to Europe among other things and have discovered agave nectar as an alternative sweetener. Even in the future we do not wish to follow every conventional trend, or just copy. We will continue to create organic originals, sell these exclusively under the Allos trademark in specialised trade outlets and thereby give the entire industry an edge.
